Michael Saylor Predicts Bitcoin Will Hit $21 Million in 21 Years

MicroStrategy founder and prominent Bitcoin advocate Michael Saylor has unveiled his most ambitious Bitcoin price forecast to date. Speaking at the BTC Prague 2025 conference on Saturday, Saylor predicted that Bitcoin could reach a staggering $21 million per coin within the next 21 years.

“I think we’re going to be $21 million in 21 years,” Saylor declared during his keynote address. “It’s a very special time in the network. Maybe the one time in the history of the network where you look out 21 years and you see $21 million.”

A Major Leap From Previous Forecasts

Saylor’s latest prediction marks a dramatic escalation from his earlier projections. At the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville, he had forecast a $13 million Bitcoin price by 2045. The rapid shift, he explained, is driven by a series of unprecedented global and political developments that have reshaped the Bitcoin landscape over the past year.

“Stuff that’s happened in the past 11 months has been extraordinary. The White House has embraced Bitcoin,” Saylor said. “This is an extraordinary development. We didn’t anticipate this.”

Trump Presidency and Policy Shifts Fuel Bullish Outlook

Saylor cited Donald Trump’s presidential victory in November 2024 as a pivotal moment for the crypto market, describing it as a “sea change in politics.”

“Although we thought we might have a pro-Bitcoin president, we didn’t think we’d get a strategic Bitcoin reserve,” he said. “We didn’t think that the president would say America would be the Bitcoin superpower of the world. This is an amazing development.”

Regulatory Momentum Builds in the U.S.

In addition to political backing, Saylor pointed to significant progress on the regulatory front. He highlighted three major crypto-related bills currently advancing in the United States: the Genius Act focused on stablecoins, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, and the Bitcoin Act.

“This is something nobody guessed, no one conceived of a year ago. States in the United States are embracing Bitcoin,” Saylor noted.

A Long-Term Vision Backed by Conviction

Despite Bitcoin’s past volatility—including its plunge to $16,000 during the last crypto winter—Saylor remains unfazed. His unwavering conviction in Bitcoin’s long-term potential, bolstered by recent macro and policy trends, continues to fuel his ultra-bullish stance.

The BTC Prague 2025 appearance reaffirms Saylor’s role as one of the most vocal and influential advocates in the crypto world, pushing the boundaries of what investors believe is possible for Bitcoin.
