Terms of Service for Consultation

The service is currently under development and cannot be availed yet. We are working to release it as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest in consulting with TBG.

Rates
The Bull’s Gazette LLP reserves the right to change the specified rates and charges from time to time.
If a rate change happens after a customer books a session, and before the date of the session the company will provide the customer with a minimum of 15 days’ notice of any rate changes.

Payments
The Bull’s Gazette LLP reserves the right to not provide the services under this agreement until all fees have been paid and verified.

Reccuring Payments
Recurring payments are due on the 1st of every month following the completion of the first invoice. Late or failed payments may result in the suspention or termination of services provided by The Bull’s Gazette LLP. The suspension may be lifted upon the succesful payment of the fees. Late fees might apply.

Refunds
All services rendered are strictly non-refundable, this includes but isn’t limited to consultation fees, private services fees, package fees, regardless of usage. If a customer gets their account terminated for breach of the TOS any payments made for services will be rendered non-refundable. Customer agrees not to charge back any payment method including credit cards for services rendered. In the event a customer disputes a payment or charges back they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement.

Service Cancellation/Rescheduling
If the customer is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, the customer may cancel the appointment. Cancellations must occur no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment time.
In the event that the customer cancels a session less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the customer will not receive a refund nor will the customer be guaranteed an opportunity to reschedule the appointment time. The Bull’s Gazette is under no obligation to offer rescheduling opportunities, however, if the company elects to offer the customer a rescheduling opportunity the customer may be charged a drop-in fee of $25.

No Show Policy
In the event the customer does not attend an appointment and does not cancel the appointment prior to the scheduled appointment time, the company considers it a “no-show” appointment. No-shows impact the consultants who anticipate the session as well as other clients who could have been seen in the spot that was missed. The company is under no obligation to issue refunds to customers for no show appointments nor is the company obligated to offer the customer an opportunity to reschedule no show appointments. In the event the company does offer the customer an opportunity to reschedule a no show appointment the customer will be charged a drop-in fee of $25. The company has the right to suspend or restrict the customers scheduling privileges and refuse any future services in the event of a no show appointment.
